My first attempt at growing tomatoes here in Maryland...They are a bit slow because of the lack of light on my porch steps but I'm using the railing as support and I don't mind the wait. They are just starting to ripen. However, I'm going away for two weeks and I'm afraid that they will all be ready to be eaten before I get home!

I know the feeling. I planted tomatoes last summer and let me tell ya I was STOKED when they started growing and I could use them! Good job!
